Tourist Day

So after living here for most of the summer I finally had a day to go out and do all the touristy things around the city (well not all of them). I was motivated by Adam and Sarah visiting. After they woke me up bright and early, we went out to go to the sky decks. I have to say that they are pretty cool but I'm not sure they are worth the long wait and money. The glass balconies were pretty cool though, and of course Adam and I could not resist jumping up and down to try to freak people out. We left there and went to Millennium park to see the bean and the faces. After that we pretty much just crashed for a few hours. To finish the day we had the best pizza in the world, Giordano's.

  1. Giordano is not the best pizza in the world. Lou Malnati's (http://www.loumalnatis.com/) is my favorite.

Some of my friend though prefer Pequods (http://www.pequodspizza.com/). You need to try both before you leave Chicago.

While your at it you absolutely have to go to Hot Doug's (http://www.hotdougs.com/). But go on a Friday or Saturday so you can get the duck fat fries. But hurry up he's closing August 9-25.
